How it works
Three steps. Nothing to install.
1. Tape your QR code by the door
You get a QR code and a printable poster the moment you sign up, plus a link for your Instagram bio.
2. Walk-ins join from their phone
They scan and type a name, and they’re on your list. They watch their place on their phone, so they can wait in the car or next door.
3. Tap Notify when you’re ready
Their page says they’re up, and with Pro the TV calls them in. Anyone who left a number gets a text too.

The TV · Pro
Put your line on a screen in the shop.
With Pro, put your line on a tablet, or a laptop plugged into your TV. Everyone in the shop can see who’s next. Tap Notify and their name turns green with “Come on in”. Walk-ins can scan the code on the screen to join.
- Run it from your phone. Open the board’s link once on the tablet or laptop; no sign-in there.
- First name and last initial only. Never phone numbers.
- Smart-TV browsers and TV sticks aren’t tested yet.
The line board is part of Pro: $29 a month.

Texts are optional. A walk-in who leaves a number gets a text when you’re ready. Free includes 300 texts a month and never charges; Pro includes 1,000, then 2¢ a text.

That’s everything in Pro, including the line board for a TV in your shop, with no card, plus a direct line to Tom, the founder. It’s applied automatically when you sign up while a spot is open. After a year you’re on Free unless you choose to keep Pro; nothing is charged automatically.

Questions barbers ask
My regulars won’t scan a code.
They don’t have to. Add them yourself on the walk-up sign-in page (it’s under your QR code in the dashboard): type a name and they’re in line.
I can’t be on my phone in the middle of a cut.
You don’t need to be. The list fills itself as walk-ins scan; check it when you’re finishing a cut and tap Notify.
Do customers need an app, or to give a phone number?
No app: they join in their phone’s browser. A number is optional and only for a text; you can turn texting off and ask for names only.
Can a client wait for a particular barber?
Not yet. There’s one line for the shop, but you can call anyone in any order, so a client can stay on the list until their barber is free.
What if someone doesn’t come back?
Tap No-show and they come off the list. There’s no timer; you decide how long to wait.
Can my other barbers use it?
Yes, with the shop’s login: there’s no password, just a sign-in link we email, opened on each phone or the shop iPad. Separate barber logins aren’t built yet.
How is the wait worked out?
From the people ahead, how many barbers are cutting and your minutes per cut (30 to start). You set both in your dashboard.
Do I need a TV?
No, the list runs on your phone. The TV is part of Pro and optional: a tablet, or a laptop plugged into your TV.
Is it priced per barber? Is there a contract?
No and no. One price for the whole shop, month to month. Cancel anytime.
